How do I receive my presets after purchase?
Immediately after your payment is processed, you will receive an email with a secure download link. You can also access your files directly from your account dashboard under the 'Downloads' section.
Are these presets compatible with mobile and desktop?
Yes, our presets are designed to work seamlessly across both Adobe Lightroom Desktop and the free Lightroom Mobile app. We provide both .XMP and .DNG files to ensure full compatibility.
What is your return policy on digital products?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if you experience technical issues or are unsatisfied, please contact our support team within 14 days.
Do I need a subscription to use Woodland Presets?
No subscription is required. Once you purchase a preset pack, it is yours to keep forever. You can use them on the free version of the Lightroom Mobile app without any additional monthly costs.
Will these presets work on RAW and JPEG images?
Our presets are optimized for RAW files to provide the highest dynamic range, but they also work beautifully on JPEG images, including photos taken on your smartphone.
What happens if I lose my downloaded files?
Don't worry! If you lose your files, simply log into your Woodland Presets account to redownload them, or contact our support team with your order number for assistance.
